A little more about the artist: “Growing up in a small town in New York, the earliest memories I have are in nature. Whether I was playing make-believe among the trees, picking flowers and grass for "soup", or catching frogs in the creek in my backyard, I was emersed in nature. That's just what kids do, find a stick and spend all day making up ways to play with it. It wasn't until I moved to North Carolina that I discovered nature in a new light. Nature became the way I connected to everything around me, making me feel seen and heard because I believe that when you are alone on a nature walk a lot of healing and insight can come your way. The trees never judge and that makes it a little easier somehow, to sort out my thoughts and learn to not place judgement on myself. The beauty in nature is never ending and I could spend far too long just appreciating its details. I suppose it was my inherent love for nature, my artistic passions, and my creative eye for photography that built up over time and has now manifested in what I like to call Bound By Nature Studio. It's a place where I can take appreciation in the little things, the easily-over-looked-things, and pair it with a product or a piece of art to highlight the potential and beauty that each product has within it.
