2. Consultation
Once we receive your contact form, we'll conduct a detailed consultation to match you with the perfect package and determine your project's quote. This consultation will delve into your project's goals and visions, create a mood board if you don't have one, and address other critical details to ensure your project goals are achieved.
3. Shipping or Pickup
Not Local? No Problem!
Once we've found the perfect package for you, you'll send your product(s) to Bound By Nature Studio.
Tips for Shipping To & From Bound By Nature Studio:
1. Select the best products: Choose items in excellent condition. Ensure any labels are straight and clean.
2. Use a reliable mailing service: opt for a service that offers package tracking.
3. Include enough products: Send enough items to get the best content.
4. Product returns: If you would like your products returned, include a prepaid return label in the box, or it can be added to your final invoice.
5. Protect your products: Use plenty of bubble wrap and pack the product securely, even for local deliveries.
6. Reshipping policy: In the unlikely event that a package needs to be reshipped to BBN Studio, your photoshoot date will be rescheduled at no additional fee.

If you are local to the Wilmington, North Carolina area, we will arrange for product pick-up at your business location. Products can also be photographed on-site or at a chosen photoshoot location if it proves to be a more efficient process for the specific project.

Want to work with me but have too many products to mail? Or perhaps your products won't fare well in the mailing process? Travel arrangements can be made for projects that require extra care.
Make sure to mention your project goals and concerns in the contact form or during the consultation, and we'll find a solution to get the job done!
4. Photoshoot
Timelines for all final images and other content from a completed project can be expected within one to four weeks from the arrival of the product(s), depending on the project's size.
Please note that timelines for large projects may vary.
A photoshoot date will be finalized as soon as the product(s) arrive at Bound By Nature Studio. In the meantime, you will receive a general timeline based on when you are ready to send the product(s) to BBN Studio.
5. Image Selection
After the photoshoot, you will receive an email link to your own private gallery. The first viewing after the photoshoot will be a time to preview the shoot and select your favorite images. Additionally, you'll receive a simple Client Instruction Sheet to easily document your favorite images. The selected images will then proceed to the post-production process.
6. Post-Production
With the photoshoot complete, it's time for post-production! This is where all the editing and final touches are made to deliver flawless final images for your brand.
7. Access Your Gallery
Now that the images are ready, you will receive access to your private online gallery! You can request the gallery to be password-protected if you prefer. Regardless, the viewing time of your gallery is limited to ensure the security of your final images.
Easily download the final images to any computer, phone, or tablet. Use your new brand visuals on websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, blogs, Amazon, or for print.
8. Sit Back & Relax:
Congratulations! At this point, you'll have successfully gained access to the visuals your brand has been craving!
Utilize your final images to showcase a down-to-earth quality that your customers will trust, attract new potential customers, and refresh your brand. A lot of good comes from putting your products in the spotlight they deserve with the right lighting, styling, and photography!
